Hunter Biden is suing the IRS, saying it should not have publicly shared his personal information. NTD was joined by John Malcolm, the vice president of the Heritage Foundation’s Institute for Constitutional Government and director of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. Mr. Malcom says Hunter Biden’s move my be an attempt to cast him as the “victim of abusive practices” at the hands of the IRS.
