Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-N.D.) criticized the possible indictment of former President Donald Trump on Tuesday at a briefing.
“If the defendant wasn’t Donald Trump, this wouldn’t be brought by a district attorney. This is the novel legal case,” Armstrong said.
