Is It Ok for Children to Skip Breakfast?

The CDC came out with a study to assess different risk behaviors among children. One of the things highlighted recently has been skipping breakfast. That could lead to different health conditions including poor mental health. NTD spoke to Dr. Shannan Crawford, a psychologist and the CEO of Crawford Clinics. She emphasizes there are many other issues to look at before inquiring whether or not children eat their breakfast.
