Italian PM Resigns After Coalition Unravels

Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi resigned after being in office for 17 months. Observers say the turmoil couldn’t have come at a worse time for the eurozone’s third-largest economy. Italy’s president asked Draghi to remain as caretaker leader and said early elections will take place this autumn.
