The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is trying to arrest a Chinese national.
On Tuesday, the department obtained an arrest warrant for Wang Jianbin on suspicion of attempted fraud in connection with cyberattacks on Japan’s Aerospace Exploration Agency.
