Japan’s leader says he has no plans to attend the Winter Olympics in Beijing.
Prime Minister Fumio Kishida told parliament on Thursday, “At the moment, I’m not planning to attend the Beijing Games myself.” But he added that he will decide later whether to send a government representative there.
