Singer, actress, and fashion designer Jessica Simpson’s six-year-old daughter Maxwell and five-year-old son Ace are about to get a new sibling.
Although Simpson said that she wasn’t planning on a third child in 2015, according to ET, earlier this year she admitted to thinking about another one.
Simpson shared the good news with a photo of her two kids captioned, “SURPRISE…” via Instagram on Sept. 18, where each of her kids were holding one big black balloon.
In the next photo, one big balloon seems to have popped, with many small pink balloons flying in the air, indicating that the next baby is a girl.
“This little baby girl will make us a family of five. We couldn’t be happier to announce this precious blessing of life,” Simpson wrote.
The she followed it up with another photo captioned, “My Baby Love,” showing off her baby bump.
The 38-year-old celebrity is married to 39-year-old former NFL player Eric Johnson.
Simpson became famous as a pop singer, but she’s also starred in movies and television shows, and she’s been featured on magazine covers such as Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, GQ, and Marie Claire.
She also launched the Jessica Simpson Collection in 2005, including products such as clothes, handbags, footwear, jewelry, fragrance, and other items.
In addition, Simpson is a philanthropist who helps non-profit organizations such as Make A Wish Foundation. She is also an international ambassador for Operation Smile, which helps hundreds of children receive corrective surgery for facial deformities.
