John Mills: Chinese DNA Companies a ‘National Security Risk’

What do COVID-19 and ancestry testing have in common? They both collect human DNA, and both industries are often traced back to China. Some of these Chinese companies have been making headlines, such as the Beijing Genomics Institute (BJI), for opening labs in the United States during the pandemic. NTD spoke to John Mills, former director of cyber security at the Department of Defense, for a clearer picture of the concerns and risks involved.
