House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) criticized the prosecution’s star witness Tuesday in former President Donald Trump’s New York trial, accusing former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen of being “a man who is clearly on a mission for personal revenge,” and alluded to Mr. Cohen’s history of perjury.
Mr. Johnson attended the morning’s court proceedings, where Mr. Cohen gave testimony in support of the prosecution.
