Judge Rules Courtroom Portraits ‘Unfair’

A judge in Fairfax County, Virginia, ruled that a black defendant must not be tried in a courtroom with portraits of former white judges. Circuit Court Judge David Bernhard is ordering the courtroom to remove these portraits during the trial.
