Judges Hears Scottish Independence Vote Case

The Supreme Court heard evidence for the case on holding a second Scottish Independence referendum, without the agreement of Westminster. The power to hold the referendum hasn’t been devolved to the Scottish Parliament, but many Scottish politicians were elected promising independence. The Court is judging if it’s lawful for Scotland to go ahead with plans for a second vote.
