When Justin Bieber and his fiancé Hailey Baldwin were recently spotted having some emotional moments in New York City, fans began to speculate about what was going on.
Baldwin was seen holding Bieber and comforting him, as the couple appeared to pray with each other in the middle of a bike ride around in the city on Aug. 7, according to TMZ.

The pair were later seen at a cafe, with Bieber appearing to comfort Baldwin instead.
On Aug. 8, Bieber was leaving Baldwin’s apartment and seemed to be in a better emotional state. TMZ reported that he “danced, chatted up with fans,” and tried to explain what had brought him to tears as well.
In a TMZ video, the 24-year-old pop singer pointed at a book in his hand, saying “You got good days, and you got bad days. It’s not real if it doesn’t have any bad days.” The book was reported to be “The Meaning of Marriage: Facing the Complexities of Commitment with the Wisdom of God,” which is used in some churches’ pre-marriage and marriage counseling classes.
The couple was engaged in early July during a trip to the Bahamas. The singer has been very open up about his relationship with Hailey Baldwin, and he even wrote a love letter to his fiancé as an announcement on Instagram.
“Listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY,” he wrote.
“I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make. My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first! You are the love of my life Hailey Baldwin and I wouldn’t want to spend it with anybody else. ”
