Juventus and Real Madrid fans dozed amiably together on June 3 as they made the commute on a morning train from London to Cardiff, where the Champions League final will take place.
Those lucky enough to get a seat slept, others stood and a few tucked themselves into the luggage rack for a nap.
All were convinced that it would be a tough match. Each side believes its team will triumph this time around.
On arrival in Cardiff the fans will head to the Millennium Stadium.
Some police officers were on hand at the railway stadium to help the visitors with directions.
Following the recent Manchester concert attack the police force is mounting what it describes as the U.K.’s biggest sports event security operation around the stadium.
Vehicles are excluded from arround the stadium and there will be thorough searches of spectators for weapons.
