On May 8, Kari Lake’s attorney, Kurt Olsen, told the court during a reconsideration hearing that Maricopa County officials conducted secret testing on tabulators.
He claimed the officials then used nearly half of the failed tabulators in the 2022 election. He plans to request a review of ballots verified by Maricopa, which he alleges have fraudulent signatures.
