The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Victoria and Albert Museum Thursday to officially open the museum’s new entrance, courtyard and gallery on Exhibition Road.

The Duchess was accompanied on her journey around the iconic London landmark by the museum’s director, former Labour politician Tristram Hunt.

She was presented with a bouquet of flowers by Hunt’s daughter before signing the visitor’s book and unveiling a plaque to commemorate the occasion.
