Koch Bros. Endorsement, Cash Boost Unlikely to Make a Difference for Haley: Analysis

In an unusual move, the Americans for Prosperity advocacy group recently endorsed Nikki Haley as its choice for presidential candidate. Founded by the Koch brothers, the network promises a considerable financial boost for Ms. Haley’s campaign. But with former President Donald Trump polling some 20 percentage points ahead of the nearest candidate, can the endorsement actually help her become the Republican candidate in 2024?

NTD spoke to Amber Duke, Washington editor at The Spectator and a Steamboat Institute Blankley Fellow, to find out more. She explains why the endorsement may be viewed as a rebuke to President Trump, and could even end up hurting Ms. Haley’s chances of a position in a future Trump administration.
