Kyiv Mayor: 264 Civilians Killed in Capital

On the 28th day of war, Ukrainian forces continue to retake territory. The mayor of Kyiv says they are now in control of some towns near the capital. Russia claims that it has destroyed a Ukrainian arms depot by firing long-range missiles. And President Vladimir Putin says he plans to force countries imposing sanctions on Russia to pay for gas in rubles.
