The former captain in charge of the Hollywood Division of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has come under scrutiny and is accused of leaking confidential information about a sexual assault case to former CBS leader Les Moonves. It comes after a settlement announced on Nov.3 by New York Attorney General Letitia James, in which CBS and Moonves agreed to pay just over $30 million.
