Lawmakers are reacting after Senator Joe Manchin and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer agreed to what appears to be a revised, alternate version of the Build Back Better bill.
The new spending package is called the “Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.”
Democrat lawmakers are praising the news, while Republicans are not pleased.
