The Supreme Court is set to make a decision on former President Donald Trump’s eligibility to hold office as president again. NTD spoke to Paul Kamenar, the lead counsel at the National Legal and Policy Center, who says the United States’ highest court will likely not even get to the question of whether Trump engaged in insurrection, because there are number of legal issues that must be addressed beforehand.
