Liberty Counsel on $10 Million Settlement Over Illinois Hospital Vaccine Mandate

Health care workers in Illinois who sued their hospital over its vaccine mandate are slated to receive a $10 million settlement. About a dozen workers at NorthShore University HealthSystem say their employer was breaking the law by not granting religious exemptions to the mandate. NTD spoke with Roger Gannam, assistant vice president of legal affairs at Liberty Counsel, which represented the plaintiffs.
