Remember Richard Sandrak? You might remember him by the title “Little Hercules.” He was just a kid, but he was totally ripped — a result of doing 600 push-ups and sit-ups each day, and following an intense diet. Much of his physique was a result of his dad’s training, but it wasn’t a perfect relationship by any means.
However, now, those arguably dark days are behind him. He was a larger-than-life little boy, but now he’s all grown up and has an interesting life story to tell. Learn more about what Little Hercules has been up to in the last few years — and what his new crazy passion is — below.
He made the news years ago for his muscular physique.
His body was unlike any other eight-year-olds — and for that matter, most adults.
There’s no telling just how much Little Hercules worked out at the gym.
Particularly his father, who was accused of pushing him too hard. As an adult, he recalls eating lettuce while his father ate a pizza in front of him. Still, he now claims that he was never forced to do anything against his will.
Even Hulk Hogan was intimidated by his muscles.
Seriously, this is like a grown man’s body on an eight-year-old.
Yes, that’s right: Little Hercules became Richard Sandrak.
His father went to jail for domestic violence and that’s when Sandrak quit the heavy artillery at the gym.
But he still produced some exercise technique videos for YouTube.
Over the years, Sandrak has grown up.
And he’s lost his extreme muscles, too.
Now, he’s just like any other normal guy.
Well, not quite.
Sandrak just so happens to have another unusual hobby.
And it has absolutely nothing to do with weightlifting.
According to Inside Edition, he works at Universal Studios.
He’s a stuntman for the company, and performs in several shows per day.
He still has to stay in shape for his job.
Job responsibilities include: Getting set on fire, getting faux “shot,” and more.
And we don’t mind that he no longer has his insane muscles.
