The House of Representatives’ Jan. 6 select committee on Monday held the second public hearing on the Jan. 6 Capitol breach. The hearing convened approximately 30 to 45 minutes after the previously announced 10 a.m. ET start time. In addition, former Trump campaign manager William Stepien was unable to testify before the Select Committee Monday morning. His attorney appeared and made a statement on the record.
