• Ha Nguyen McNeill, senior official performing the duties of the administrator of the Transportation Security Administration
• Nicholas Andersen, acting director and deputy director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
• Gregg Phillips, associate administrator for the Office of Response and Recovery at the Federal Emergency Management Agency
