Lockdown Affects Children’s Well-Being: Study

A study finds that lockdown has negatively affected children’s well-being and has also resulted in a rise in emotional and behavioral issues.

Researchers from the Universities of Essex, Surrey, and Birmingham looked into the effects of last year’s lockdown on primary school-aged children. They used data from the UK Household Longitudinal Study covering tens of thousands of households and an additional COVID-19 data set.
