The Metropolitan Police detained two men in their 60s regarding an explosion that caused damage to a London ultra-low emissions zone camera and nearby property in early December. The incident occurred in South East London, coinciding with the installation of the camera on the same day. Authorities warned that the explosion might have resulted in more severe consequences.
