Los Angeles Officials and Locals Against Mask Mandate

On July 28, Los Angeles County will make a decision on whether to impose an indoor mask mandate or not. Officials of Long Beach, Pasadena, and El Segundo said on July 26 they would not follow such an order after evaluating the hospitalization metrics and local COVID case rates. The Beverly Hills City Council led the march on July 25, being the first to vote not to enforce the potential mandate.
