One obviously cannot put a pre-school kid alone in a car and allow him to drive away with it. What this pre-school kid can do, however, is not very far removed from that! This little kid can call himself the captain of his own boat! This little man seems to have access to the open water and enjoy the freedom of being able to go anywhere he wants too, the world is at his feet.
From the video, it appears he is sailing in a large body of flowing water, like a river delta that might open into the open salt water. This kid is enjoying an exceptional amount of freedom, sailing his little craft alongside yachts and much larger ships.
Even very young children can delight in the freedom afforded by having one’s own little boat to sail around in!
