The Malaysian court postponed the hearing of Kim Jong Nam’s murder until May 30. The two female suspects were scheduled to be tried jointly on April 13.

Siti Aishah, 25, from Indonesia, and Doan Thi Huong, 28, from Vietnam are convicted of poisoning and killing the half brother of North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un on Feb. 13.

Their respective lawyers have requested of officials important documentation; but have yet to hear back. Gooi Soon Seng, Aishah’s lawyer, requested from police the footage and statements of the three North Koreans questioned and released. Gooi said one of the North Koreans is key to his client’s defense, yet all these people who have knowledge of the incident have left Malaysia.

Huong’s lawyer, Naran Singh, said the charge sheet indicated Huong is charged together with four other suspects at large. Singh requested the names of these people.

Prosecutors said they will need more time to collect the documents.
