Good bosses do actually exist! Savji Dholakia, the owner of Indian diamond company H.K. Exports, is famous not only for his billionaire’s salary but also his extraordinary generosity.
Everyone’s impressed by Savji’s methods of encouraging his workers. Some are even a little envious!
Recently, this head of a diamond empire gave some very generous presents to his best workers, including jewelry, cars, and even apartments. Of course, something similar is practiced by many companies, but it seems no one does it on quite the scale that Savji does. He gave out presents to hundreds of people.
And this wasn’t a one-off occurrence. It turns out that over the past few years, the billionaire has given out 400 apartments and 1,260 cars to his employees as gifts — and this is just the start. Over the next five years, the company plans to provide housing and automobiles to absolutely everyone who works for them.
This is what the awards ceremony looked like. It took place during the national Hindu festival of Diwali. Savji’s employees will probably remember this day for many years to come.
