A farmer in Alabama helped pay strangers’ pharmacy bills for ten years. Every month he would go to the local pharmacy and donate a hundred dollars, so people could access their medication even if they couldn’t afford it. But it wasn’t until he was on his deathbed that his family found out: Hody Childress kept it a secret until he needed help actually delivering the donation. And it was his daughter whom he tasked with the job. NTD spoke to his daughter, Tania Nix, who shares the story.
