A wingsuit flyer aims to break four records at once. His name his Fraser Corsan and he’s a 42-year-old former aerospace safety engineer. He wears a suit that turns him into a human bird. He uses his wingsuit to dive out of extremely high planes moving extremely fast.
Corsan shared about some of the technical aspects of the suit, “So those blades are carbon fiber blades and they give us stability at speed. Because the suit is so high performance, without those blades there would be a danger of losing stability, inverting onto my back and spinning. So the blades give me that stability whilst I’m flying forward.”
For his next dive he’ll be 42,000 feet up, breaking the previous record set at 37,000 feet.
He’ll also aim for the fastest, longest gliding, and furthest distance flown records, all in a wingsuit.
