Manhattan Rent Hits Record High

The cost of renting a house is increasing nationally, and in metropolitan areas, the increase is even faster—New York City especially. The average rent in Manhattan just hit an all-time record high of more than $5,100 a month.

NTD spoke with Jonathan Miller, president and CEO of the real estate appraisal firm Miller Samuel, to learn more.
