A mass shooting was reported at the Jacksonville Landing in Jacksonville, Florida, on Aug. 26, according to reports.

One Jacksonville Sheriff said there are three dead from the shooting, including the gunman, and the suspect is believed to be 24-year-old Baltimore man, The Associated Press reported.

“Mass shooting at the Jacksonville Landing. Stay far away from the area. The area is not safe at this time. STAY AWAY #TheLandingMassShooting” the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office wrote in a tweet.

The Jacksonville Landing is an entertainment area along the St. Johns River.

“We can’t stress enough to stay away. Many blocks away,” said the Jacksonville Police Department in a tweet 3 minutes after the initial one.

News4Jax reported that 11 people were shot and at least four are dead.

Several ambulances, firefighters, and police officers are on the scene, News4Jax reported. Bay Street from Pearl to Main Street are closed as well.

Video footage posted on social media show apparent gunshots ringing out during the tournament.

The GLHF Bar was streaming the competition via its Twitch account, CBS News reported.

Several people on social media said they were taking part in the Madden NFL Championship Series and reported hearing a shooting during the tournament, Fox News reported.

Madden participant Grini Gjoka was grazed in the hand but is now “away from the scene and safe,” USA Today reported.

“Worst day of my life,” Gjoka told USA Today. “I will never take anything for granted ever again. Life can be cut short in a second.”

Investigators belonging the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) are on the scene, according to reports.

No other details were released by officials.
