China Ties of Massive Cargo Vessel That Lost Power in New York

A massive container vessel lost power near New York Harbor. Luckily, it stopped with the help of other ships before it could collide with a major bridge. The vessel is named after a Chinese city, Qingdao, and its owner and operator has deep ties to China. The incident took place only 12 days after the Baltimore Key Bridge disaster.
