McConnell Will Resign When Donkeys Fly: Sen. Kennedy

After two mid-speech freezings recently, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s health and whether he would resign have become a media focus. When asked about whether he would support Mr. McConnell on Wednesday, Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) answered, “I think he’ll resign right around the time we see donkeys fly.”
