Memphis City Council Votes on Police Reforms Amid Police Murder Charges

The Memphis City Council votes at 4:45 p.m. ET on March 7 on a third and final reading of police reforms enacted in response to the death of Tyre Nichols.

Tyre Nichols, a 29-year-old male from Memphis, died three days after a violent arrest by Memphis Police. All five police officers involved were charged with second-degree murder and other felony charges.
