Pieces of outer space believed to have come from 300 million kilometers away landed in a quiet village in the Cotswolds just over a week ago.

The last time a meteorite fell in the UK was 30 years ago, but the rarity of the type of rock makes this one special. It’s thought to have come from very near Jupiter, traveling at around 25,000 miles per hour.
