Italian police released aerial footage of migrant traffickers standing next to a dead body on a boat off the coast of Libya.
The young migrant, 21-year-old migrant Kellie Osman from Sierra Leone, was shot during the sea crossing. Police have arrested two Libyan men.
Around 400 migrants were rescued on May 9 by the vessel Phoenix and a supporting aircraft. The migrants were taken to port in Sicily’s Catania along with Osman’s body.
