Meet Rhea. Rhea is a cute bird who has lost her ability to fly. All the feathers of this little parrot have gone due to the Psittacine beak and feather Disease (PBFD). Unfortunately, this bird will never be able to fly again, and she’ll be forever without feathers. But that doesn’t keep this bird from being happy and lively in the least. She’s hopping around, raising her naked wings, making lovely sounds, she’s really an adorable bird.
What Rhea is missing most about her gone sweaters is heat – she’s running and escaping everywhere where she can get a bit of heat. Thus, many of the people who follow her on Instagram started creating cute little mini sweaters to keep her from freezing.
