1. In the large microwave safe mug, mix the honey, water, oil, salt, oats, coconut shreds, and nuts. 2. Microwave for 1 minutes 30 seconds between stirs, stop once it starts to turn golden brown. 3. Top it off with strawberries and pistachios and enjoy! |

Ingredients:
• ⅓ cup macaroni pasta • ¾ cup water • 4 tbsp. milk • ¼ tsp. cornstarch • 4 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese • ¼ tsp. salt • ¼ tsp. pepper | Directions:
1.In a large microwavable mug place in the macaroni and the water. 2.Microwave for 4 minutes until pasta is fully cooked 3.Pour out the remaining cooking water. 4.Stir in the milk, cornstarch and shredded cheese and microwave for a final 60 seconds, creating a cheesy sauce. 5.Season with salt and pepper and enjoy! |
