Multicolored cuttlefish fillet


 ●1 cup sliced cuttlefish 

¼ cup sliced lemon 

1 cup sliced Celery 

¼ cup sliced carrot 

¼ cup sliced Ginger 

¼ cup sliced garlic 

¼ cup snow peas 

1 tsp. salt 

1 tsp. black pepper 

1 tsp. cornstarch 

¼ cup XO sauce 

¼ cup water 

¼ cup chicken stock


1.Placed the sliced cuttlefish and lime in iced water to soak.

2.Take it out and blanch the sliced cuttlefish with snow peas in boiling water until cooked

3.Add a splash of oil and salt in a pan on medium heat and stir fry the vegetables such as sliced celery and carrot.

4.In another pan with some oil add sliced ginger, garlic, XO sauce, chicken stock, cornstarch, and sliced cuttlefish.

5.Stir fry this until combined for a couple minutes.

6.Pour the stir-fried vegetables in and continue to cook.

7.Once they are cooked, turn off the heat and serve!
