NATO plans to tackle Manchester attack during meeting

The secretary-general of NATO expressed the need for NATO members to address the Manchester terror attack.

The world is mourning the bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England. Many children and teenagers died or were injured.

NATO member countries will hold a meeting tomorrow at its new $1.2 billion headquarters. President Trump will unveil a memorial dedicated to Sept. 11. A 9-11 memorial at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, is meant to remember the help NATO provided after the attacks.
