Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe Returning Home

Foreign Secretary Liz Truss announced that British-Iranian Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe is returning to the U.K. today and will be reunited with her family. Zaghari-Ratcliffe was detained in Iran for nearly six years on charges of conspiring against the Iranian government. Her husband has maintained throughout that time that she was imprisoned as leverage over a $400 million pound debt the U.K. owed Iran. Truss said the debt to Iran has now been repaid in full.
