Nearly 150 Chinese Companies Face Delisting in US

Auditing rules may kick 150 china-based companies out of the U.S. stock market. As of Friday, the list compiled by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) covered roughly 60 percent of Chinese companies listed in the U.S. and that line-up could get bigger.
