Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to travel to Washington on July 24. It will be his first trip abroad since the Oct. 7 attacks by Hamas. Mr. Netanyahu will address Congress in a joint session of the House and the Senate, and meet with President Joe Biden.
