A judge in Nevada has agreed to hear evidence from Republicans about alleged voter fraud.
Judge James Russell set a Dec. 3 evidentiary hearing in the case. It’s being presented by President Trump’s campaign. They can have up to 15 witnesses.
According to the Nevada Independent, the judge said the complaint is limited in nature, “challenging basically the machine used in Clark County.”
But Trump campaign lawyer Jesse Binnall said the complaint is “far from the main meat of our challenge”—and that more evidence will come from their witnesses.
He said, “We will have whistleblower testimony showing that overnight, the disks that were used to hold votes would magically have votes appear and reappear on the same disk.”
The Trump campaign alleges there are thousands of cases of provable voter fraud in Nevada.
Binnall told Fox Business last week that they now believe President Trump won Nevada—once the fraud and irregularities are taken out. He said there are “instances of dead people voting” and “people voting in multiple jurisdictions.”
An opposition attorney said the lawsuit is “frivolous” and amounts to “fishing for evidence.”
According to numbers from Decision Desk, Joe Biden won the state by over 33,000 votes. Nevada certified the election results for Joe Biden on Tuesday.
