A group of activists say fellow Americans don’t realize how deeply communist and socialist ideology has infiltrated the democratic party and society in general.

At a press conference in Washington on May 20, a group of conservative activists warned Americans to keep a clear mind when it comes to the threat of Communism in this country. They offered examples of the many ways that communist ideologies have infiltrated American Society.

Bishop E.W. Jackson Sr., Chairman of STAND Against Communism said: “Marxism is socialism, is communism, and we’ve got to take the veil off and let people know that we are dealing with a pernicious ideology that is responsible for having killed more people than any other way of thought that’s ever existed. We don’t need that in the United States of America.”

Unions have been regarded as the backbone of the U.S. Democratic Party. However, according to author Trevor Loudon, in 1995 Democratic Socialists of America took over the The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations—the largest federation of unions in the United States.

“They removed anti-communist clause from the AFL-CIO’s constitution and those seventies and sixties radicals flooded into the union movement. And this altered the face of the Democratic Party beyond belief,” Loudon said.

He also pointed out that in the past few years, the Communist Party USA and three other socialist groups have worked together in an attempt to infiltrate and take over the Democratic Party across the country. “So what we’ve seen is a general take over of the grass roots of the Democratic Party. Now this is being reflected in Congress obviously,” he said.

From covert communist infiltration from the 1930s to 1940s, to the recent anti-Trump conspiracy; from institutions to community; government to media; advocates say communist ideology has penetrated into every facet of American society.

Robert Night is a former Los Angeles Times news editor. He said, “When I was an editor at Los Angeles Times working, I saw the difference in the 7 years I worked there. The interns came reliably liberal but by the time I left, they’re outright activists, who thought balancing a story with both sides was a betrayal of their calling.

“In most news rooms there are no enemies to the left. In fact, three of the full time staff members in the Times’ Orange County news room in which I worked, had worked for the New China news agency. That’s the English language Communist Party newspaper. They don’t have any problem with that,” Night said.

So what’s next? These advocates are planning to form STAND Against Communism groups across America, and to prepare to advocate freedom during the upcoming campaign.

Jackson Sr. said: “By the time we get to November, what we hope is that every American voters will say and know, ‘Wait a minute! That represents communism, No! And this represents freedom, Yes!”
