Television comedy series “Mystery Science Theater 3000” (MST3K) Season 12, will be available on Netflix starting this Thanksgiving, Nov. 22.

In this hilarious two-time Emmy-nominated series, a man is held captive in outer space by mad scientists on a satellite and forced to watch bad movies. He creates several robot friends to help keep himself company.

The man and the robots, Cambot, Gypsy, Tom Servo and Crow T. Robot, make fun of the cheesy films playing in the background, to the delight of the show’s fans. The characters also occasionally interact with the mad scientists.

All five cast members: Jonah Heston (Jonah Ray), Kinga Forrester (Felicia Day), Frank (Patton Oswalt), and two robot friends (voiced by Baron Vaughn and Hampton Yount) are confirmed to return to the new season. Audience members are expected to find out how Jonah escaped an attack last season by a giant metal serpent, according to AV News.

“Update Sign: Season 12 Begins Streaming on Turkey Day,” it was announced on a MST3K fan Twitter account.

In addition, the original host and producer Joel Hodgson, the current host Jonah Ray, and the robots will begin their 30th Anniversary live tour in Portland, Maine on Oct. 9.
