New Textbooks Deny Hong Kong Was a British Colony

Starting this September, a new textbook will tell Hong Kong students that Hong Kong was not a British colony, as the Chinese regime seeks to tighten its control over the city. Activists say the claim is distorting history and is meant to brainwash the younger generations.
